With direct pay price transparency, you will know exactly what you will be responsible for paying upfront. Our Direct Pay/ Same Day Pay Option is available to anyone who wishes to pay (as the name implies) directly for their medical care as well as those with no insurance and to those patients who have insurance plans that we do not contract with. Direct/Same-Day Pay Option requires payment on the same day and time that services are rendered. We can offer a discounted price on these services because we do not have the costs associated with coding compliance, filing insurance claims, coordinating authorizations, or any delays in reimbursements.
The below services listed on this page show exactly what you pay and are not a complete list of those offered by our office. Additional services may be recommended by your treating doctor at the time of your visit. If you do not see a treatment, procedure, or surgery listed, please feel free to contact our office, but understand that a proper evaluation by our doctor is needed before a recommendation for treatment, procedure, or surgery is considered. Before performing any procedure, we will present you with a good faith estimate to allow you to make an informed decision and help budget your treatment plan.

We proudly accept the CareCredit credit card to help you finance all your healthcare needs. It is not your average credit card and is used by more than 200,000 healthcare providers in the United States. CareCredit is a health, wellness, and personal care credit card that gives you the ability to pay over time with promotional financing options for purchases of $200 or more. CareCredit offers low monthly payment options, offers no interest if paid in full within 6 months, no up-front costs, and no prepayment penalties which you can get your procedure sooner. It allows patients to get the care they need by making affordable, monthly payments instead of having to pay the full price before treatment.

- We accept cash, debit cards, Health Savings Account cards (HSA), Flex Spending Account cards (FSA), Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We do not accept checks at this time.
- Due to government regulations, patients with Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Supplements, Tricare, or other government insurance programs can be seen for medical services but cannot be reimbursed by their insurance for services rendered at Hicksville Podiatry.
