Leneva® Treatment For Corns and Calluses
Non-surgical treatment for Painful Corns, Calluses and Fat Pad Atrophy due to Fat Pad Loss
We offer a minimally invasive injection to treat foot pain caused by painful corns or calluses, pain in the ball of the foot or heel and even ulcerations due to loss of fat pad. It is very common in older people as we age, the amount of fat pad may be diminished or fat pad shifts due to foot deformity such as hammertoe and bunion deformity or repeated steroid injections for plantar fasciitis. The fat pad diminished down, causing less gap between prominent bone and skin and pain with every step we take.
WHAT ARE THE INTENDED USES FOR LENEVA® INJECTIONS?
Leneva is a first-of-its-kind human adipose tissue for tissue reconstruction. As an all-natural extracellular matrix, Leneva is a safe, natural, off-the-shelf solution that has multiple clinical applications including, but not limited to:
- Calluses and Corns
- Ball of Foot Pain
- Pressure Area (Bunions)
- Diabetic Foot Ulcers
- Pressure Ulcers
- Fat Pad Restoration Procedures
Leneva Allograft Adipose Matrix is made of fat tissue which is intended for the replacement of damaged or inadequate integumental adipose tissue matrix. Leneva Allograft Adipose matrix also be used for the reinforcement or supplemental support in underlying adipose tissue matrix as the result of damage or naturally occurring defects. This process utilized preserves the extracellular matrix of the allograft adipose. The resulting allograft serves as a framework to support the cellular repopulation and vascularization at the surgical site.
What Is Leneva® For Corns and Calluses?
What Is Leneva And How Can It Help Me?
Leneva is an off-the-shelf injectable human adipose tissue that is designed to support your body’s own tissue regeneration process. Leneva undergoes strict processing designed to maintain the structural integrity of the tissue without sacrificing quality and sterility. This process allows for retention of key matrix proteins such as Collagen IV and Collagen VI as well as adipogenic and angiogenic factors leptin, adiponectin, FGF-2, and VEGF, while successfully removing residual lipid, cellular fragments, and DNA content. Leneva may be used for the replacement of damaged or inadequate integumental adipose tissue matrix, or for the reinforcement or supplemental support in underlying adipose tissue matrix as the result of damage or naturally occurring defects.
